4. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items. This ensures that your return reaches us safely. Please retain the tracking information for your records.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, including those with engravings or special modifications, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
